Caryn Packard, MHA, B.S., CHES, NSCA-CPT

Caryn is an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Health Education Specialist.  She’s currently studying to become a 200 HR RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with My Vinyasa Practice, and preparing to take the Certified Special Population Specialist exam with NSCA.

Caryn is also an MS Candidate in Nutrition and Dietetics from Russell Sage College, to become a Registered Dietician Nutritionist.

She has dedicated her work and education to understanding how behavior modification, physical activity, and nutrition can lessen health disparities and improve the lives of those with chronic conditions and special needs. 

Caryn’s interests and focus is in personal training for those with movement challenges, seniors, aging healthfully, and corrective exercises to enhance our performance in the everyday activities that we love.
