FAQs
Who do you train?
I train adults of all ages and abilities!
I train using traditional strength training methods, kettlebells, bands, bodyweight, HIIT Cardio, and Yoga.
I also have an interest in training those with special concerns - seniors, aging in place, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and autoimmune disorders (such as MS) just to name a few.
Do I need my own home gym in order to train with you?
Absolutely not. What you’ll need is a small space where you’re comfortable working out, free from distractions. I will bring everything you need in order to get a great workout.
Do you have any specializations?
I’m scheduled to take my Special Populations Certification with NSCA, as well as in training to become both a Barre instructor and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
I’m always taking continuing education courses. Right now, I’m taking a Corrective Exercise class, a Nutrition course, and an in depth Arthritis course.
I love learning and dedicate a ton of time and energy to it. I believe gaining knowledge and putting that into practice is the best way to serve my clients.
